Validation
Parking is only $3.00 with a validation from participating restaurants for up to 3 hours. Customers with a validated ticket staying past three hours will be charged the regular rate less $3.00.

0-60 Minutes: $8.00
1 to 2 Hours: $11.00
2 to 3 Hours: $12.00
3 to 24 Hours: $16.00
Early Bird (in before 11, 3 hr limit) $5.00

Monday Through Friday: $110.00
Monday Through Sunday: $140.00
Non-Member Rate:
Monday Through Friday: $140.00

Chinatown Parking Mobile App Instructions
Introduction
The Chinatown Parking Corporation has upgraded its parking equipment to a modern system that allows for contactless payments, the ability to enter and exit with a smartphone equipped with Bluetooth, and faster entry and exit.
All users, including monthly and daily parkers, are encouraged to download the Metropolis app and register:
Validations
Participating merchants will validate parking for 3 hours for only $3.00. If a validated parker stays past the 3 hours, they will have to pay the full rate.
To get the validated rate, visit a participating merchant and present your license plate or scan a QR code that the merchant provides for the validation purpose.
The merchant will scan the QR code and the validation will be applied.
- Using the Metropolis app or web app to pay
To enter the lot, pull up to the entrance gate and Metropolis will have your license plate recorded.
To exit, pull up to the gate after scanning the QR code displayed around the Parking lot to ensure a smooth parking exit for you.
Monthly Parking
Current monthly parking customers will need to setup their account with Metropolis. We no longer use tickets or QR code.
Billing for monthly customers will remain the same for the time being.
